Share More Information About Your Shipments

Have you ever wanted to share important information about the status of one of your shipments but weren't able to? Perhaps it was obvious the broker setup the PARS incorrectly? Or one of your driver's was replaced at the last minute? With BorderConnect 3.0, you can now share and search by this information with everyone in your company, securely and easily.

Adding and Viewing Comments

When viewing details for a particular shipment, you'll be given an option to add comments and view other comments added by your colleagues.

You own and manage all the comments you contribute. You can modify them to add more information or fix errors. You may also delete comments that no longer apply. All with a single click. Other dispatchers in your company may only view your comments, or can respond with their own.

Search Your Shipments By Comments

Under the Search menu, anyone in your company can search for shipment status based on comments. This is useful when you don't know the PARS number or other specifics about the shipment and need to find it quickly.
