BorderConnect uses affortable pay-as-you-go monthly payment plans that works for highway carriers of all sizes. Payment plans are based on the number of shipments your company has crossing. Your company is billed at the end of each month. There are no long-term billing agreements, so you may cancel at anytime.

BorderConnect requires no up front investment. You don't pay a setup fee. You don't pay for support and training. We strongly beleive in easy, predictable, adfortable pricing. You'll never be surprised with hidden fees or increased payments.

Frequently asked billing questions

Q: What happens if I go slightly over one month?
A: Don't worry about it. We have many carriers that do right around the maximum for their payment plan. If your company grows and you regularly exceed the maximum number of shipments we will call and confirm your updated payment plan before invoicing your company.

Q: How do I get billed?
A: We bill at the end of each month by mailed invoices. Payments are typically made by cheque. Other arrangements may be made such as direct widthdrawl.

Q: Can I schedule quartarly or yearly billing?
A: We can bill you quarterly if you would prefer. Yearly billing is not available at this time.

Q: Do I have to pay a setup fee?
A: No. We do not charge a setup fee. You receive free training by phone and free support.

Q: Do I have to pay for upgrades?
A: No. We are continually updating and improving BorderConnect and you receive each upgrade automatically because BorderConnect is web based. There is no IT or programming investment on your behalf.

Q: What if I have a lot more shipments then the Enterprise Plan?
A: Many large carriers use BorderConnect and regularly have many thousands of shipments each month. Large BorderConnect clients such as Werner Enterprises, Mullen Group or Vitran Express love is that their payment plans are not transaction based, are predicatable and do not increase. BorderConnect works great for some of the largest carriers in North America.

Q: What if I have a lot less shipments then 250 allowed in the Lite Plan?
A: We try our best to make BorderConnect affortable for both large and small carriers. Many small companies with as few as 4 trucks use BorderConnect and have found that it pays for itself over time. Even if you only prevent one delay or penalty, you typically have saved more money then the Lite Plan.
