What a great job on the new version!! I transmitted 2 ACE eManifests today
with almost no problems (1st one I had a small glitch on but it was my own
fault and I found it quickly). Even on the 1st manifest it took me less than
2 minutes to set it up. After using the ACE Web Portal for nearly a year
now your system is like a gift from God to us around here. The only thing
that would make it better for us is if we could transfer all our shippers
and consignees over from the web portal into your system so we wouldn't have
to enter them all over again but if not so be it, we'll still be using
your system over the ACE Web portal.
As a very satisfied customer I want to thank you for all the time and
effort you've put into designing this new system to make our lives easier
and I just thought you should know that your efforts have not gone
unnoticed. Keep up the great work. BORDERCONNECT ROCKS!!!!!
