Predictable and Simple eManifest Subscription Plans

BorderConnect Payment Plans are designed for carriers of all sizes. There are no complicated per transaction fees, and no signup fees. Customers who create 40 shipments or less in a calendar month can even use BorderConnect for FREE!

With BorderConnect's Pay-As-You-Grow eManifest subscription model, your monthly eManifest software subscription plan is dynamically scaled up or down based on your monthly shipment volume. Never worry about being overcharged.

Payment plans are based on the number of shipments your company has created in BorderConnect in a calendar month. Your company is billed at the end of each month for the previous month's service. There are no long-term billing agreements, so you may cancel at any time.

* All prices mentioned above are billed in the same currency as the location of the customers billing address. (ex. if a customer is in Canada they would be billed $249.95 CAD, if the customer was located in the U.S. they would be billed $249.95 USD)

* Shipment totals are the sum of unique U.S. Shipment Control Number (ex. PAPS) and Canadian Cargo Control Numbers (ex. PARS) in ACE/ACI/RNS. For example, an ACI eManifest with matching RNS message counts as 1 shipment.

** 24/7 eManifest Processing pricing is billed on a per-use basis and totalled based on the number of trips and shipments you have crossing per month. No free 30-day trial is provided for the eManifest Processing service.

: Yes! You can sign up for a 30 day FREE trial of BorderConnect today! It's risk-free and there is absolutely no financial obligation. After your free month's trial, we'll call to see how you've made out.
: No. We do not charge a setup fee. BorderConnect provides many tools and resources to help you learn how to use the software, such as tutorial videos, a support wiki and 24/7 support whenever you need it. You can also book a training session with our friendly sales account team.
: Don't worry about it, BorderConnect provides a usage chart upon logging into your account to help you keep track of what plan you would fall under for the calendar month. Just switch to the table view and you can see the number of 'Bundled Shipments' you have created for the month.
: We bill at the beginning of each month for the previous month's service. Your invoice is emailed to the billing email provided on your account.
: BorderConnect accepts multiple methods of payments such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express (when logged into BorderConnect or by using the links in your payment notices). Pre-Authorized debit and online bill payment through your bank can also be done for Canadian customers.
: At this time, online banking is only available for Canadian customers.
: Just give us a call or send us an email to let us know. If an amount is owing for the same month that you cancel your account, we will pro-rate your final bill and your account will be cancelled. If you decide to re-enable your account in the future, just email or give us a call and we'd be happy to reactivate it for you. Our goal is to make the entire process as hassle-free as possible.
: We only offer billing on a monthly basis.
: No. We are continually updating and improving BorderConnect and you receive each upgrade automatically because BorderConnect is SaaS (Software as a service). There is no IT or programming investment on your behalf unless you choose to integrate with us.
: Yes they are. Once a shipment is imported or created in BorderConnect it will count towards your total shipment volume, regardless of if the eManifest was processed or not.
